During the modernization of existing flare and the biogas utilization system at Belgian brewery, the DWS team managed to optimize the existing unit to guarantee its safe and reliable operation for the years to come.
Results
The upgrade involved installation of:
- new, complying with the ATEX Directive flame arresters,
- automatic condensate removal system,
- new pilot-blower,
- a complete control panel with PLC with updated software to manage the pressure on the anaerobic reactor.
