Ekopak Sustainable Water is an established player in industrial water treatment and water purification. With the recent acquisition of GWE (Global Water & Energy) we have doubled in size and operate worldwide. To strengthen our growth, we are looking for an Industrial Project Engineer for our DWS division.
DWS, a small SME, but Belgian market leader in biogas installations has already helped hundreds of companies to effectively process and use biogas as fuel for energy purposes. As specialists in biogas processing, we offer the full range of customized technologies and equipment to maximize the profits of our industrial customers. The custom designed, high quality equipment and biogas processing technologies are manufactured in our own workshop in Antwerp.

Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and versatile Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Project Engineer, you will be an essential member of our project team, where you will play a supporting role. Our projects vary in size and complexity, from small to large projects, which you will tackle both independently and as part of a team. In addition to office work, you will also be required to regularly roll up your sleeves to test our constructions in the workshop or on site at the customer for technical interventions.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
– Preparation and interpretation of technical calculations.
– Elaborating process designs, including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
– Selecting instruments, components and fittings for projects.
– Maintaining independent contact with suppliers for technical coordination and quotations, and reviewing them.
– Active participation and hands-on involvement in projects.
Candidate’s profile:
– Professional Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, or similar experience.
– Ability to work independently and show initiative.
– Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written; English and French are an advantage.
– Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
– Proactive, solution-oriented and determined.
– Passion for technology and sustainability.
